THIS IS FROM 832

  <CTT>
        <CTT01>133</CTT01>
  </CTT>

THIS IS FROM 850

I am not sure why CCT01 is represented differently here.

   <Loop LoopId="CTT" Name="">
        <CTT>
          <CTT01>
            <CTT0101>2</CTT0101>
            <CTT0102 />
          </CTT01>
        </CTT>
        <AMT>
          <!--Amount Qualifier Code-->
          <AMT01>TT</AMT01>
          <!--Monetary Amount-->
          <AMT02>
            <AMT0201>12</AMT0201>
            <AMT0202 />
          </AMT02>
        </AMT>
    </Loop>

This is due to a sub-element delimiter appearing on that segment.
This is character 105 in the ISA segment.

Your CTT segment in your file might look like this:
CTT*2:*~

In the above case the ~ is the segment delimiter, the * is the element delimiter and the : is the sub-element delimiter.
Sometimes this happens because someone doesn't realize their using a delimiter within the content of their data.
